Ayasofya Konaklari is situated on Sogukcesme Street between the City's greatest imperial monuments, the Hagia Sophia and the Topkapi Palace. A piece of art placed at the best location of history.
The nine hotel buildings consist of a row of guesthouses on Sogukcesme Street with a reception office between the Cistern Restaurant (aged 1500 years) and the Istanbul Library (more than 10,000 books about ?stanbul). Konuk Evi is the last building in the row (the tenth building or named as the main building) located across the reception desk. All of the guests at the hotel take their open buffet breakfast in Konuk Evi building’s expansive garden surrounded by beautiful flowers.
Every house in this street, which is completely closed to traffic, greets the visitors with the name of perfume, such as Jasmine House, Honeysuckle House, Rose Mansion, Cyclamen House, etc. Each house have between four to ten rooms, each furnished in a particular colour: yellow, blue, red...
The taxis/minibuses can come in front of the reception desk (24 hours) using Caferiye Street and guests are guided to the rooms with the help of bellboys.

Ayasofya Suite 1 has a Frech bed LCD TV bathtub, and a sauna.
Ayasofya Suite 1 is at the ground floor and face to Sogukcesme Street. It has French bed, sitting group with comfortable couch & two armchairs and a LCD TV. This suit is the only suite that has a private sauna.
Ayasofya Suite 2 has a large French bed and LCD TV and a shower.
Ayasofya Suite 2 has unique view of St. Sophia. Also the suite has a king size French bed, a sitting group with comfortable couch & two armchairs LCD TV and a working desk. This room also has a dressing room inside.
Ayasofya Suite 3 has connecting bedrooms. A French bed in the first room and two single beds in the other room. LDC TV and a shower.
Ayasofya Family Suite room is for 4 person, suggested to the family with 2 children. They consist of two bedrooms that are separated from each other with a door inside. Front side room has two single beds that are facing to St.Sophia. The other room has a French bed and working desk and a sitting group with LCD TV.
Pasha Suite
has a large French bed, bathtub, shower and a small Turkish bath inside
The Pasha Suite is the best one comparing to others. It is about three times larger than standard double rooms. It has a small private Turkish bath inside beside a bathroom with a bathtub. It has the view of St. Sophia.
Family Suite
has 2 bedrooms. French bed & 1 single bed in one room and a single bed in the other room and a half bathtub.
Family Suites are for 4 person, suggested to the families with 2 or 3 children. They consist of two bedrooms and are facing to St.Sophia. Large bedrooms faces directly to St. Sophia, there is a one queen sized bed, one single bed and a sitting group, in the second room there is only single bed for one person.
Konuk Evi Suite
has a French bed and a sitting room and a shower.
The Konuk Evi building is placed in our garden which is situated at the beginning of Sogukcesme Street. The Konuk Evi Suites consist of one bedroom with a double bed and a sitting room with armchairs. The sitting room has a small balcony that faces to the garden.
The main difference of a wall and a street side room is about the view. The street side rooms are at the front side of the 10 different buildings of Sogukcesme Street, having a direct view of Ayasofya (Hagia Sophia). Konuk Evi rooms have either garden or Ayasofya view. The wall side rooms are facing the next buildings of the row on Sogukcesme Street (all of the rooms have Windows). Some of the double rooms have two single beds, most of them have one big bed.
We do not have a swimming pool at Ayasofya Konaklari, but have a nice garden, a terrace cafe (directly facing to Hagia Sophia), a cistern bar, a garden and a cistern restaurant, and two cafes along the street to enjoy the time you spend at the hotel.
All rooms have private bathrooms with shower and toilet, few have small bathtubs and two pacha suites have large bathtubs (and small Turkish Hamams in each).
All rooms are individually airconditioned.
All rooms are decorated with original 19th century Ottoman Style furnitures to provide you a full ambiance during your stay.
